In April 2025, the Thomas D. Brown Orthopedic Research Laboratory opened in the new Medical Center North Liberty Hospital. The goal of the space was to facilitate cutting-edge orthopedic research by providing state-of-the-art facilities in close proximity to the clinical enterprise.
